The 2nd Annual Department of Building Construction Golf Tournament

The VT MLSOC Industry Board BC Subcommittee, made up of Building Construction Alumni, is organizing the 2nd Annual BC Golf Tournament on Sunday September 20, 2009 at the Pete Dye River Course in Radford, VA.

A social hour, dinner and awards banquet will follow. A silent auction will also be held. Tournament Sponsorships are available at various levels. Hotel Accommodations and further details will follow.

The purpose of the BC Golf Tournament is to continue the process of raising money for a new Building Construction Tenure-track faculty position. This position will help alleviate the teaching load on existing faculty, provide an opportunity to teach multiple sections to reduce faculty, student ratio for enhanced learning and interaction. All net proceeds generated from this event will be used to fund a new Building construction faculty position.
